My Summer Shred is a four-week plan to either boost your fat loss, help you get started or break through a fat loss plateau.

Results will vary but if you stick to the guidelines and smash the workouts you’ll see changes.

It’s possible you could lose around 6-8lb in weight, see your waist shrink by several inches and achieve some muscle definition for a lean, sculpted look in time for summer!

For optimal results I recommend six workouts per week during this intensive plan, but if you simply can’t fit that many in don’t just quit! Any workouts are better than none at all and if you stick to the eating plan you can still shed fat.

The end results you'll acheive at the end of this will entirely depend on your actions and choices over the next four weeks.
